Unveiling a new AI-powered CRM for local businesses

[TBC, Lytham St Annes, UK]

Today marks a significant evolution for Get Work, a leader in search advertising and lead generation for tradespeople, as it proudly announces its rebranding to Zapo.

This is a move that marks a shift towards a more tech-driven vision, aligning with the company’s expansion into the CRM software market thanks to the introduction of Zapo CRM.

Get Work has already delivered over £380m in leads since 2018, and it’s now looking to help local businesses turn those leads into customers with the help of Zapo CRM – its AI-powered customer acquisition platform which, along with Zapo Ads, seamlessly manages customers’ marketing and sales functions.

With years of experience in local lead generation, the company already delivers the best-quality leads to its customers. But by entering the CRM market, it will now help customers nurture those leads into sales – making sure customers are getting the most out of their leads.

Moving forward with a new vision and mission

Zapo’s goal is to empower local businesses with advanced, AI-powered tools to optimise customer acquisition.

The company's vision is evolving from a single service to a robust suite of advanced solutions – including Zapo Ads, Zapo Sites, Zapo CRM, and a range of upcoming features – designed to integrate seamlessly and enhance its customers’ experience.

With the introduction of Zapo CRM, we have the unique opportunity to ensure consistency and quality throughout the value chain. Whilst we’re only at the beginning of our journey, we will look to launch native, interconnected solutions with the aim of improving productivity across the whole customer acquisition process, creating a more seamless experience for customers.

A revolutionary CRM with AI assistance

Zapo CRM has been designed to be simple, easy to use, and geared towards helping local businesses thrive.

With groundbreaking features such as Call Assistant and Loop, Zapo are bringing a suite of new tools to the table.

Call Assistant automatically records, transcribes, categorises, summarises and extracts key contact data from calls – waving goodbye to note taking.

Loop allows customers to send value data back into the ad platforms used by Zapo Ads, such as Google Ads. Feeding value data back into these platforms allows customers to optimise their campaigns to source more valuable leads.

The launch of Call Assistant shows our dedication to AI adoption in order to meet modern customer needs. We’re a huge advocate of purposeful AI that streamlines customer workflows, and we look forward to integrating even more AI-driven tools and features into Zapo CRM soon.

Expanding into new sectors

Originally focused on supplying leads to tradespeople, this rebrand helps the company move beyond its original focus to embrace a wider range of industries.

But the rebrand isn’t designed to leave tradespeople behind. In fact, Zapo is renewing its collaborative commitment to people within the trades by opening up to a further 12 trade-specific industries immediately, with divergence into nine other non-trade sectors coming soon.

This expansion helps to diversify Zapo’s market presence, while reinforcing its commitment to supporting a broader spectrum of local businesses.

Local businesses don’t necessarily have the budget, time, or technical knowledge to find, connect, and evaluate lead sources for their CRMs. Zapo solves these problems out of the box, natively connecting Zapo Ads – our lead generation service – with our AI-powered customer acquisition platform, Zapo CRM.

Taking new strides, keeping core values

The company’s rebranding to Zapo and the launch of Zapo CRM signify a strategic pivot to a technology-first approach in everything it does.

This evolution ensures that it will now be at the very cutting edge of the search marketing and CRM software industries, providing its customers with innovative solutions that are simple, scalable, and most importantly – offer tangible outcomes.

But while its brand has changed, its values have not. Zapo will move forward with its core values, and will continue to work passionately, delivering its solutions with integrity, excellence, and with customer success in mind.
